Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Orbiance AI FZCO ("Orbiance", "we", "us") is a technology company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We develop and operate software infrastructure for cross-border QR payment connectivity. These terms apply to use of our website and to any commercial agreements for our B2B technology services.

1. Nature of services

Orbiance provides a technology platform that connects QR payment networks across multiple jurisdictions. We supply software, APIs and data infrastructure to licensed financial institutions. Orbiance does not itself process payments, hold customer funds, perform currency exchange or operate as a money transmitter. All payment processing, fund custody and regulatory obligations are borne by our licensed partners in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Market context

The global QR payment market is estimated at $12–15 bn (2024–2025) with projected growth to $35–62 bn by 2029–2033 (CAGR ~19–20%). Orbiance focuses on corridors connecting Central Asia, the Middle East and North Africa with destination markets in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan). Our technology is designed for use by banks, fintechs and acquirers.

3. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to transmit harmful or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or misuse any data you obtain through the site.

4. Commercial services

Specific services (API access, integration support, technology licensing) are governed by separate commercial agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer binding on Orbiance until a written agreement is signed.

5. Intellectual property

Orbiance and its licensors own all rights in the website content, branding and technology, including our AI-powered routing, compliance and orchestration systems. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orbiance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from reliance on information published here.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
